- Garbage Cans – only allowed on curb/street the night before and day of pick up, must be moved off of the curb/street
- Parking – No overnight parking in the street
- Lawn Care – Keep yard properly mowed and trimmed and maintain yard and landscaping in good condition
- Basketball Goals – Should be stored on the side or rear of the house or garage, it should not be kept on the street
- Outdoor Buildings/Fences – Seek permission from HOA to build standing structures on your lot including walls and fences. If you build a shed they must be fenced within two weeks of final construction
- Common Areas – No parking of Vehicles (including Semi-trucks), boats, trailers, motor homes, etc. in any common areas.
- Inoperable Vehicles – No junk or inoperable motor vehicles and other unsightly property shall be kept in yard or lot.
