The Architectural Committee is responsible for reviewing and approving all variances or changes to the exterior of any home, including landscaping, remodeling, fences, additions, etc. In addition, the Architectural Committee will be charged with Community Planning such as common area development, security enhancements and safety improvement.
If you plan to make changes to the exterior of your home or property please submit an architectural request for review to hunterscovehoa@gmail.com or by 1st class mail to P.O. Box 190913 Mobile, AL 36619. Please be sure to include a written proposal of the changes along with drawings and any other supporting documentation.

The Board of Directors and Officers will act as the Architectural Committee until which time a Committee is appointed.
