The C&R Committee is charged with the review and changes (if applicable) of the Covenants and Restrictions (C&R) as they pertain to Hunter’s Cove. The intent of this committee is to ensure that the C&R meet the community’s needs by ensuring that they continuously evolve with community desires. Further, this committee is charged with enforcement of C&Rs and will serve as the initial review for responses and/or disputes to violation notices. The Board of Directors holds final say on all disputes unresolved at the committee level.
